The Language Circle is a small language school that provides a great deal of personalized attention. We are located in Hamilton, Ontario, 50 minutes by car from Toronto and Niagara Falls. The Language Circle offers full-time Intensive English classes at basic to advanced levels with an average of 6 adult students in a class. Hamilton is midway between Toronto and Niagara Falls; it is close to many tourist centres in Ontario and New York State. Our school is situated in downtown Hamilton, a few minutes' walk from theatres, shopping centres, banks, hospitals, athletic facilities and the main public library. It is located on a major bus route, so it is easy to reach from most areas of the city. The school is equipped with all modern conveniences and is air-conditioned in the summer months.

INTENSIVE ENGLISH COURSE Offered year-round, full-time (25 hours per week): basic, intermediate and advanced levels. Study English in small groups of adults (over 18 years of age): average 5 students in a class. Improve all language skills with the help of qualified, experienced teachers: conversation, listening, pronunciation, grammar, vocabulary, reading and writing. TOEFL PREPARATION COURSE This full-time course (25 hours per week) is available to students at intermediate or advanced levels. They can prepare for the TOEFL test in small groups (average 6 students in a class). This course features: - weekly practice tests - listening exercises - presentations - test-taking strategies - vocabulary building - grammar review - essay writing - speed reading Custom-Designed English for All Ages Programs for all ages are offered throughout the year. You can request: • private lessons or small study groups • short-stay or long term courses • courses for special interests or special needs: TOEFL, TOEIC, business, sports, vacation programs and more.

Join one of our many welcoming Homestay families. Homestay is available for a minimum one-month stay. For only CDN $575.00 per month it includes: • 3 meals a day • single room • shared use of common living areas • use of washer and dryer

School trips may include a visit to one of the many unique waterfalls in the area, such as Webster Falls, or the world famous Niagara Falls. Historical trips can include Dundurn Castle and the Canadian Warplane Heritage Museum. And there is much more! Cultural activities can include hikes in the spring, school picnics, pumpkin carving at Halloween, Christmas parties, or bowling in the winter.
