Auckland Edinburgh College is the one of the largest education providers in New Zealand today. The school is based on the seventh floor of a modern facility in the heart of Manukau City just two minutes walk from the bus terminal and shopping centre, and has excellent views of the local area and Auckland City. Courses:
We specialise in courses which prepare students for entrance to High School or Higher Education. Our General English classes include Beginner, Elementary, Pre-intermediate, Intermediate, Academic Intermediate, IELTS and University Skills levels. We also offer Study Tours and Business English.

Our homestay department is committed to ensuring that you are placed in a homestay appropriate to your needs. Before your arrival in New Zealand, we provide you with digital photographs of the accommodation available and the choice of two homestay options. If students prefer a flatting option we also offer a flat-finding service and advice on hostel accommodation.

Activities

Regular activities:  Fridays AEC organises activities for students that are fun, informative and educational. You can either join the 11:00am to 1:00pm group or the 4:00pm to 6:00pm group. Sometimes both groups join together. Most activities are free, but sometimes there is a small cost.
Possible activities:  Trips Include: Beach Barbeque Adventure Tours;Kayaking and Horse-riding Adventures;Graduation Balls; Chinese New Year’s Pub Party; The Great Auckland Sights Bus Tour;Maori Cultural Performances;
Weekend trips include the ‘Relaxing Rotorua Recreational “3R” Tour’, Waitomo Caves Experience and Dolphin Watching. Activities are announced through weekly posters and in reception and all students are encouraged to take part.
