Clubclass Residential Language School

Language School Clubclass is a professional and very modern language school licensed by the Ministry of Education of Malta and The Malta Tourism Authority, and a full member of FELTOM [Federation of English Language Teaching Organisations Malta]. The teachers at Clubclass are all fully qualified and have completed a Teaching English as a Foreign Language [TEFL] course. Moreover, they all receive regular in-house training to keep them up-to-date and in touch with changes in students’ requirements. Our teachers are very dedicated and readily available to assist students with their needs; an indication of their professional commitment. Our Courses All our courses are the product of a carefully planned and proven formula that includes a blend of grammar, conversation and vocabulary to ensure a comprehensive learning experience. Lessons are conducted in a relaxed and creative manner in order to obtain the most in the least time possible. Participation and communication are always encouraged, making lessons at Clubclass nothing like traditional schooling where teachers talk and students listen. Clubclass is situated in Swieqi, an affluent and safe residential area within walking distance from St. George\'s Bay, Paceville and St. Julian\'s.

Clubclass offers accommodation in the school residence, a student hostel, student houses, host families and in hotels. The school residence is situated within the same building as the school. The one- and two- bedroomed self catering apartments are specially designed to cater for all the students\' needs. Here at Clubclass, students of different nationalities are, whenever possible, mixed in the apartments to ensure that the only common language is English. However, all your requests will be considered and our accommodation team try their best to satisfy your demands. Clubclass offers budget accommodation in a Hostel close to the main Residence. Accommodation facilities comprise of rooms sleeping 2 to 4 persons with en-suite bathroom facilities. All the rooms are equipped with a ceiling fan, telephone, fridge, kettle, and a wall-safe [at a minimal charge]. Clients staying at the Hostel are entitled to make use of all facilities at the main Residence. Residing at a host family during your visit to Malta will help you understand Maltese ways and traditions as you will effectively become part of that family for the time you are here. Accommodation at host families is on a half-board basis [continental breakfast and dinner]. The families are all within walking distance from the school. For those students who prefer to stay in hotel accommodation, Clubclass can offer a wide range of options and can make all the necessary bookings. Most of Malta\'s leading 4- and 5- star hotels are situated within a short distance from the school.

In order to make your visit to Malta an unforgettable one, we have set up a full programme of activities and excursions. Our team is readily available to assist students with their choice of excursions. Cultural visits are a highlight of our leisure programme as students will have the opportunity to relive 5,000 years of history. Trips to the capital Valletta and former capital Mdina, two fortified cities built by the Knights of St. John, are a living memory of years gone by. Other places we visit are the Blue Grotto, Dingli Cliffs, the mysterious Neolithic Temples [reputed to be older than Stonehenge in Britain and the pyramids of Egypt], and the Three Cities - Cospicua, Senglea and Vittoriosa. One of our most popular excursions is a visit to Malta\'s sister island, Gozo. Gozo is a unique and tranquil place where traditional values have been preserved and time seems to stand still. Gozo is renowned for its natural beauty and cultural sites. The Clubclass team also organises beach trips to Malta\'s splendid bays - where you can enjoy the sea or simply concentrate on going back home with a suntan!!! There is also a lot to do at the Club Village itself. Relaxing by the pool deck or taking a dip in our fresh-water pool is always a favourite pastime with our students. On the other hand the more active students could workout at our health and fitness centre.
