Heartland is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba, Canada. Winnipeg has a population of 675,000 people, and is a safe city with a low cost of living. Also, there are fewer international students in Winnipeg than in larger cities such as Vancouver or Toronto, which means that students have more occasions to use and practice their English. For the serious student, Winnipeg is a great place to learn English.
