APSS School in Cordoba is an established school with over 35 years experience in language instruction. The School has 7 classrooms and all of them are equipped with audio/video systems. There is also free Internet access to all students. The school has a canteen too, which is used by students during breaks and free time. There they can enjoy coffee, tea, mate, or mineral water. They can also bring their own food and drinks and have them there.

The school headquarters are located in downtown Cordoba, only two blocks from the historic Plaza San Martin. It is our goal at APSS to ensure that your living arrangements are a comfortable and convenient complement to your immersion experience. That is why we provide our students with the best option to suit their individual needs. While studying Spanish with us, you can choose to stay either with a selected Argentinean family, a hostel or a hotel according to your desires and budget. HOMESTAY WITH AN ARGENTINE FAMILY All of the families in our Program are carefully screened, culturally sensitive, and continually evaluated. Our host families are middle class and live in attractive and traditional neighborhoods, which are generally located not far away from the center of the town, within close distance from airport and bus station and close to bars, restaurants, supermarkets, pharmacies, internet cafés and night clubs. You will be welcomed into your host family home as a member of the family and encouraged to participate in activities that they are doing. They will help you make full use of your time for independent excursions or activities that you want to do. In the evenings you are welcome to join your host family to talk about the day’s events, watch television or a video. All students have their own private bedroom and often, a private bathroom. Host families may provide breakfast and dinner. HOSTELS Our friendly and cozy hostels want to make your stay in Cordoba a memorable one too. They are located a few blocks away from the center of the town. They have spacious rooms with 2, 4 and 5 beds with private and shared bathrooms, private rooms with private bathrooms and lockers, fully equipped kitchens for you to cook and charming patios. You can relax in their living rooms where you can meet and exchange stories with fellow travelers. To achieve this, APSS offers complementary extracurricular activities, which will help you gain a more in-depth understanding of the culture and customs of the country. WEEKDAYS – HAVE A GOOD TIME WHILE YOU SHARE OUR CULTURE As part of the Spanish Course, you will be able to enjoy entertainment, social and cultural activities after your lessons during the week: City bus tour, Pedestrian tours of different aspects of the city, Tango lessons or performances, Peñas (cafés where live folk music is played), plays or concerts, film festivals, book festivals, music festivals, parties, Spanish language videos and movies, etc. You can also have a choice among optional outdoor activities and sports. WEEKENDS – LIVE ARGENTINA AND MAKE THE MOST OF IT On weekends, APSS organizes - in cooperation with efficient tour operators – excursions to Buenos Aires, Valle de la Luna, Mendoza and, of course, Cordoba neighboring towns, which host many events throughout the year – folk music and dance festivals, regional food festivals, arts and crafts exhibitions, traditional equestrian (gaucho) exhibitions, ballet performances and more. You also have many opportunities for outdoor activities around Cordoba, from Han gliding, horseback riding and hiking to mountain biking and skiing.
